Privacy Policy

At MangelDevs we respect your privacy. Anota Dominó (the “App”) is a domino scorekeeper, and this policy explains in plain language what data is used and what is not.

In short: the App requires no sign-up, collects no personal data, and your games are stored only on your phone. The only transfers to third parties happen to show ads (Google AdMob) and, when you use the microphone, for the operating system’s speech recognition.

1. What we do NOT collect

We never ask for your real name, email, phone number or location.
There are no accounts and no log-in.
We have no servers storing your games.

2. Information stored on your device

Games (player or team names, rounds, points, special plays, target score) and your settings (language, theme, color, and a history of up to 50 games) are stored locally on the device. They are never sent to our servers and we cannot see them. Uninstalling the App deletes them.

3. Microphone (voice scoring)

The App can record points by voice. The microphone is only active while you press the voice button. Audio is converted to text by the operating system’s own speech recognition service (Apple on iOS, Google on Android), so that audio snippet may be processed on their servers under their policies. We do not record, store or transmit the audio: we only use the resulting text to fill in the score.

You can revoke the microphone permission in your system settings at any time.

4. Camera and photos (counting pips)

The App can take a photo of the tiles to count the pips automatically. That analysis runs entirely on your device using local computer vision: the photo is not uploaded, is not sent to any server, and is not saved to your gallery unless you save it yourself. Only the detected number of points is used.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads to undo a round). To serve ads and prevent fraud, Google may process device identifiers.

On iOS you can decline tracking in the ATT prompt or under Settings › Privacy › Tracking.
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Google settings.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because we collect no personal data, no user profiles are created.

7. Third parties

Google AdMob — advertising (policy).
Operating system speech recognition (Apple / Google), only if you use voice scoring.

8. Your rights

Since we store no data about you, there is nothing to request, correct or delete on our side. To remove everything, uninstall the App or delete the games from the history screen.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted here with its update date.
